Here is an interview/spotlight XXL did on J.Cole. He is the first signing for Jay's RocNation label. I would not post this if he wasn't actually a good artist with a lot of potential. However, he does not seem like the guy to sell millions of records though...but who is at this point?

J. Cole Artist Spotlight
